Every ceramic coating begins with a thorough assessment and careful preparation. Our structured process helps identify paint defects, previous repairs and areas requiring additional caution before any machine polishing or coating application begins. 

We discuss the vehicle’s history, current condition, storage, usage and the result you want before confirming the appropriate coating package. 

The vehicle receives a careful pre-wash and contact wash to remove loose dirt, road grime and surface contamination.

Chemical and mechanical decontamination is completed as required to remove iron fallout, tar and bonded contaminants that regular washing leaves behind.

Every accessible painted panel is inspected under specialised lighting for swirl marks, oxidation, scratches, water spots, previous repairs and other visible defects. 

Paint thickness is measured across compatible painted panels using a professional-grade, calibrated paint thickness gauge. These readings help identify inconsistencies, previous repairs and areas where a cautious correction approach may be required. 

Machine polishing is completed according to the selected package and the condition of the paint, improving gloss and safely reducing correctable defects. 

Polishing oils and remaining residue are removed to create a clean surface and support proper coating adhesion. 

The selected ceramic or graphene-enhanced coating is carefully applied to the appropriate paintwork and exterior surfaces using a controlled application process. 

The coating is inspected under specialised lighting for consistent application before being allowed to cure under suitable studio conditions. 

A final quality inspection is completed before handover. You’ll receive aftercare guidance, relevant photographs and follow-up support, with a 7–20 day inspection available on selected packages. You have access to our guidance years after application.
